Terms & Conditions

In general

Brandcentric® owns and operates this Website. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for products and services purchased through Brandcentric®, including website services, hosting, maintenance, digital downloads, and WordPress plugins.

By purchasing products or services from Brandcentric®, you agree to this Refund Policy, along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.

WordPress plugins and digital products

Brandcentric® may offer WordPress plugins, software, digital downloads, licenses, or other downloadable products through this Website.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, WordPress plugins and digital products are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

15-day refund policy for WordPress plugins

We want customers to feel confident when purchasing our WordPress plugins. If you experience an issue with a plugin, please contact us within 30 days of purchase so we can attempt to resolve the problem.

Refunds may be approved when:

  • The plugin does not function as described on the product page.
  • A confirmed bug prevents normal use of the plugin.
  • The plugin is incompatible with your WordPress or WooCommerce setup, and we are unable to provide a reasonable fix or workaround.
  • You contacted us for support within the 15-day refund period and allowed us a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot the issue.

Before a refund is issued, Brandcentric® may request additional information, including screenshots, error messages, plugin/theme details, WooCommerce settings, PHP version, WordPress version, temporary admin access, staging site access, or other technical details needed to evaluate the issue.

Refund exclusions for WordPress plugins

Refunds will not be issued for WordPress plugins or digital products in the following situations:

  • More than 15 days have passed since the original purchase date.
  • You simply changed your mind after purchase.
  • You purchased the wrong product.
  • You no longer need the plugin.
  • You refused to provide information reasonably needed for troubleshooting.
  • The issue is caused by third-party plugins, themes, hosting limitations, server configuration, custom code, or changes made outside of the plugin.
  • The plugin was modified, redistributed, reverse engineered, or used in violation of the applicable license terms.
  • The plugin works as described, but does not include a feature that was not advertised or promised.
  • You expected custom development, custom styling, or custom integration work that was not included with the plugin purchase.

A refund does not grant permission to continue using the plugin. If a refund is issued, your license may be deactivated, access to downloads and updates may be revoked, and you must stop using and delete the refunded product from all websites where it was installed.

Plugin renewals

Renewal payments for plugin licenses, support, updates, or subscriptions are generally non-refundable once processed, unless otherwise required by law.

It is your responsibility to cancel any recurring subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue using the product.

Website design, development, and consulting services

Payments made for website design, website development, consulting, troubleshooting, technical support, SEO, branding, graphic design, advertising, content, or other professional services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Service-based work requires time, planning, labor, strategy, communication, and technical execution. Because these services are customized to each client, refunds are not provided for completed work, work in progress, consultation time, discovery time, planning time, administrative time, or project delays caused by the client.

If a project is canceled before completion, Brandcentric® may determine whether any unused portion of a payment is eligible for refund or account credit at its sole discretion.

Deposits and project payments

Deposits, retainers, milestone payments, and upfront project payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Deposits are used to reserve time, begin project planning, allocate resources, perform discovery, and start work. If a client delays, pauses, abandons, or cancels a project, Brandcentric® is not required to refund amounts already paid.

Website hosting, maintenance, and recurring services

Hosting, maintenance, care plans, backups, security monitoring, software updates, uptime monitoring, and other recurring services are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the service period has started.

Prepaid hosting, maintenance, and recurring service fees are not refunded if an account is suspended, canceled, terminated, or disabled due to non-payment, policy violations, or client-requested cancellation during the active service period.

Domains, licenses, subscriptions, and third-party costs

Domain names, SSL certificates, third-party software licenses, stock assets, premium plugins, premium themes, fonts, hosting costs, advertising spend, printing costs, payment processing fees, and other third-party expenses are non-refundable once purchased, registered, activated, renewed, or paid on your behalf.

If Brandcentric® purchases or renews a third-party product or service for you, you are responsible for the associated cost, even if the related project or service is later canceled.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact Brandcentric® before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will make a good faith effort to review the issue and determine whether a refund, credit, or other resolution is appropriate.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension of services, termination of licenses, restricted access to downloads, collection of outstanding balances, and refusal of future service.

Abuse of the refund policy

Brandcentric® reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive, fraudulent, excessive, or made in bad faith.

This includes, but is not limited to, repeated purchases and refund requests, attempts to obtain free use of digital products, unauthorized redistribution, license misuse, or requests made after substantial support or custom assistance has already been provided.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact Brandcentric® within the applicable refund period and include the following information:

  • Your name
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Order number or invoice number
  • Product or service purchased
  • Description of the issue
  • Any screenshots, error messages, or relevant technical details

Refund requests may be submitted through our contact form or by contacting Brandcentric® directly.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, or credit card provider.

Final determination

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Brandcentric® reserves the right to approve, deny, partially approve, or offer account credit for any refund request at its sole discretion, except where otherwise required by law.
