We designed and developed the website for Communities In Schools of Chicago, a leading nonprofit dedicated to helping every student thrive.
Project Overview
The initial phase involved a deep dive into the mission and goals of Communities in Schools of Chicago. The team worked to understand the organization’s unique value proposition — how it helps students thrive and graduate in Chicago. A key part of this is identifying the different audience segments, such as potential donors, volunteers, school partners and families who need services.
A successful nonprofit website is built on a strong narrative. The design process focused on creating a visual and verbal identity that inspires trust and empathy. The technical build of a nonprofit website supported its goals, making it easy for users to take action.
Once the website was developed and thoroughly tested, it was launched. The process doesn’t end there. We offered ongoing support, including regular security updates and performance monitoring to help the organization grow its online presence.
